Caturra is a natural Bourbon varietal mutation first discovered in Brazil in 1915. This Arabica hybrid is known for crisp, mildly sweet flavors, brought out through a classic fermented-washed process that yields a smooth cup with chocolate notes and a gentle citrus finish. Every bag is sealed with a nitrogen flush to lock out oxygen and preserve peak flavor from roast to brew.
